Correspondence sent to this publication is treated as confidential unless you indicate otherwise. We do not publish private correspondence without the sender's knowledge. We do not share contact details with third parties.
If your correspondence contains information that may be of public interest, we may ask whether you are willing to allow it to inform our reporting. We will not use it without asking first.
We are not a legal service, a government complaints body, or a crisis helpline. If you are contacting us about a matter that requires formal legal or regulatory action, we are happy to point you in the right direction — but we are a publication, not a pathway to compulsory process.
